Screen Printing

Screen printing allows you to print designs on many types of clothing with high color accuracy. It’s a great option for designs using 6 colors or fewer.

Basics

Screen printing uses a stencil or “screen” to print or press ink directly into the garment, which transfers the image to the surface

It is the best way to print custom apparel and has the longest and most durable lasting print quality

The process is also called “silk-screening”

Pricing

Your price is based on three factors:

Colors – Total number of ink colors in your design

Quantity – Total number of items in your order

Product – The actual garments you choose for printing

Artwork

Vector images are used in most aspects of graphic design and are the preferred format for screen printing

Don’t have vector artwork? Don’t worry! Our graphic design team can put your design together for you

Proofs

Once your order is submitted with a down payment, we prepare digital proofs showing ink colors, print size, and logo placement

Final proofs allow to verify everything is set up perfectly to your specifications
